摘要:项目管理是指把各种系统、方法和人员结合在一起,在规定的时间、预算和质量目标范围内完成项目的各项工作。即从项目的投资决策开始到项目结束的全过程进行计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制和评价,以实现项目的目标。目前建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,这就要求我们就项目施工管理在以往的基础上要不断深化、细化以取得更大的社会效益和经济效益。本文结合实例针对工程项目施工进度和质量管理提出了自己的看法,可供参考。 关键词:建筑施工;现场管理;工期进度;质量管理 Abstract: the project management is to point to the various system, method and staff together, in the provision of time, the budget and quality objectives to finish the project within the scope of the work.
